Who is responsible
This website is published by [legal entity name], [registered address]. If you have a question about this policy, or about anything we hold about you, write to hello@khyzr.studio.
What this website collects
Nothing, by itself. This site is a handful of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no forms and no accounts, and loads no third-party scripts. What moves on the home page is drawn in your browser, and nothing about how you use it is sent anywhere.
One thing still happens when you open a page, as it does on any website: our hosting provider records the request in its server logs, including your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and which browser you used. That is how the page reaches you and how the service is kept running. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
The typefaces and pictures are served with the page from our own host, so opening a page sends nothing to anyone else.
Email you send us
The only way to reach us from this site is by email. If you write to hello@khyzr.studio we see your address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message. We use it to answer you and to keep track of the conversation.
We keep that correspondence for [email retention period] and then delete it, unless it has become part of a contract or we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
What you send us as a member
How we handle the briefs, files and feedback you send us as a member, and the work we send back, is governed by your membership agreement with [legal entity name], not by this policy. Nothing you do on this website touches it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK, data protection law gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our use of it, and to receive a copy. Ask at hello@khyzr.studio and we will answer. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the site or the company changes. The date at the top is the version you are reading, and the current version is always the one on this page.
